Offer a gift of comfort and beauty to a family suffering from loss.
It is not always possible to pay respects in person, so we hope that this small token will help.
A gift to your family, sparing them hard decisions at an emotional time.
It is common to use a full set of clothing, which would include a suit, shirt and tie, or a dress and slip including undergarments, socks or stockings, even shoes if so desired.
We would also ask you to bring in the deceased's social insurance number, this number is not so important for us personally, but it is required on the government's statement of death form and this number also appear's on several documents that you will need for estate purposes.
We would also ask that you bring in a favourite or recent photo of the deceased, for two reasons, (1) for the hair dresser and (2) we often place a picture of the deceased along with the funeral notice on our memory board in the front foyer of the funeral home.
